Makes me blood boil.
Complete strangers told me I was ‘huge’ right the way through my pregnancy… I found it really mean and thoughtless to call someone ripe with all kinds of hormones ‘huge’. Horrible people.

It works the other way too – I was constantly being asked if I was SURE I was due in May as I was TINY. Yep – how to make a first time mum panic that get baby is too small, she’s done something wrong, or that there’s some awful problem. Strangers are so rude! Then there’s the ‘good luck with the bump’ comment the day after I’d had him…that was fun too 🙂
